Refund policy

Please note that my items are hand created and finished. Due to this, no two items will be exactly the same, or perfect. All items, whether it be the stone, or the elements in the piece will have natural imperfections. It is these imperfections that give handmade pieces their character, and individuality. Please be okay with this before you purchase, I know that it isn’t for everyone, and I try to represent the pieces as best I can on my website with pictures, and descriptions. I am a one woman show, and I appreciate each and every sale. I try and package everything I ship with the utmost of care, but I do realize sometimes things can happen, therefore I would be very happy to return an item if it arrives damaged.
